Committee Meetings
All parents of currently enrolled Kindergarten children are welcome to attend Committee Meetings. They are currently held on the second Wednesday of each month at 7.30pm at the Wedderburn Kinder. This time may change. If you are interested in attending these meetings, please check the notice board at the Kinder for dates and times.

The Wedderburn Pre-School is proud of its innovative and exciting child-based program. Each child is continually assessed on their individual needs and development; activities are then organised to nurture and encourage each child's specific needs and interests. By recognising children as individuals, Kinder will be an exciting experience, providing a wonderful year of learning.

The Wedderburn Pre-School is sun-smart and broad-rimmed hats are provided for each child. These hats must be worn during outdoor activities. To care for the "whole" child we also need the co-operation of parents in regard to appropriate food being provided in childrens' lunch boxes. Kinder policy discourages lollies, chocolate bars, chips and soft-drinks. Fresh water is available to the children during session time. Appropriate healthy lunches may include: sandwiches, yoghurt, fresh and/or packaged fruit, dry biscuits such as salada and vegemite, carrot sticks and sultanas.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ring either the President or Secretary of Kinder's C.O.M. OR you can ring the Kinder and speak to the Director, Tanya, between 8am and 8.30 am or after 2pm on Mondays or Tuesdays. May your child have SPLENDIFEROUS kinder year!
