WARTS
is a group of people who have come together in the Wedderburn area to
promote and engage in amateur theatre productions.
Whilst the group is only relatively new, we have already put on two successful productions in Dimboola and Love Rides the Rails. Both these plays were performed not only in Wedderburn, but in several locations around the district to wide acclaim.
The
whole focus of WARTS is to provide a relaxed environment where members
can learn and hone skills associated with the dramatic arts. This may
be in the actual performance area, but backstage workers are just as
integral part of the team effort which creates a successful production.
